We too have thriving business, families (Erin has 2 small boys), and commitments. We leave all this behind for a week in order to host this adventure retreat. Indeed, it is a dream come true for us.

Cancellation Policy.
Deposits to secure your spot on the wellness adventure are nonrefundable.
Refunds for the balance payments vary depending on timing. For cancellation requests submitted with more than 30 days of retreat date: 100% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded. For cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total amount (less deposit) will be refunded.
Cancellation requests within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given, no exceptions.
Nobody books a retreat with the intention of cancelling it, but unexpected events do occur, so please consider purchasing travel insurance. Exceptions cannot be made for any reason, including weather, injury/illness, or personal emergencies.
No refunds or credits will be granted for failure to attend, complete or for arriving late or leaving early.
Flights and transportation are NOT included in booking fee.
Recommended transportation from USA
We suggest you fly into Lisbon (LIS). People flying from JFK, Delta has a direct flight to Lisbon that is less than 7 hours. TAP and Delta Airlines fly directly to Lisbon. Please book your departing flight no later than Sunday 10/23 evening. You will arrive in the morning of 10/24. Once you arrive in Lisbon, please take a taxi or uber to Casa Pamela from the airport (about 40min car ride).

Dr. Jenise Parris
My passion is helping others achieve their most radiant health.
I’ve been in the health, fitness and holistic wellness profession for over 40 years now.
It has been an honor to practice TCM for the past 20 years. Offering holistic medicine to the community here in NYC has been an amazing journey. I truly believe when my patients heal – I too heal and grow stronger as a person.
It is with great joy that I have teamed up with gifted Erin Jacques to offer a Wellness Adventure to all of you. We can take a deep dive into cultivated our health and wellness surrounded by the astounding beauty of nature.
Erin Jacques
My guiding principle is that yoga should be fun! I love teaching hard classes but also making them fun, creative, core-focused and set to great tunes! My challenging and dynamic vinyasa flow classes are set to your favorite upbeat tunes – hip-hop, rock, pop and soul – featuring an authentic, but athletic and energetic flow. Accompanied by loud and motivating music, you’ll experience a mindful moving meditation with the breath and body, pushing you to your personal edge. I add a physical, athletic twist to a spiritual experience.
